The pharmacists here are an extension of your care team, working with your provider as needed to support your overall health. We offer many lab services to support your needs. We can perform onsite testing or collect and send samples to an offsite lab. Our turnaround time for processing routine lab tests is generally 24 to 48 hours. You can receive your results electronically through your My Premise Health account or during an in-person or virtual follow-up appointment with your provider.

Save time and money and have your prescriptions shipped to your home. We offer low-cost generic medications, 90-day fills and reduced co-pays. You can also get discounted over-the-counter medications shipped with your prescription delivery.

When it’s time to refill, your pharmacy team will reach out to make sure you get your medications when you need them. If you have multiple prescriptions, they’ll even make sure to consolidate them into a single shipment.
